"Oyuni Khotoch" (Intellectual Guide) was originally published between 2006 and 2013 as a joint collection of academic conference proceedings for the School of Teacher Education, the School of Educational Studies (SES), and the School of Pre-School Education at MNUE. Since 2020, it has been reorganized as the primary academic journal of the School of Teacher Education, with 1–2 issues published annually. Notable milestones include the publication of Issue No. 1/9 in 2020 and Issue No. 6/14 in 2025.
Editorial Policy and Scope: The journal is dedicated to publishing and disseminating innovative research, discoveries, and scholarly articles nationwide. Its core focus areas include Educational Studies, Pedagogy and Psychology, Primary Education, Primary School Instruction, Primary Student Research, and Teacher Development.
