DIRECTOR G. BYAMBATSEREN PRESENTED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT

Dr. G. Byambatseren (Ph.D.), Associate Professor and Director of the Teachers' School at the Mongolian State University of Education (MSUE), presented the school’s performance report for the 2025–2026 academic year to the faculty and staff, followed by a joint discussion session.

During the discussion, it was highlighted that the 2025–2026 academic year was declared the "Year of Curriculum Reform and Quality Enhancement." The report emphasized key achievements in educational quality, faculty qualifications, student development, and digital transformation, as well as the formulation of future strategic roadmaps.
1. Educational Quality, Enrollment, and Student Development
Enrollment and Student Body: A total of 1,739 students (76% undergraduate and 24% graduate) were enrolled in the Teachers' School for the 2025–2026 academic year, reaching 100–115% of the undergraduate target quotas.

Program Accreditation: All four undergraduate and graduate degree programs were successfully accredited for 5–8 years, demonstrating that educational quality meets international standards.

2. Research, Innovation, and Projects
Faculty Academic Qualifications: 60% of full-time faculty members hold doctoral degrees. To further strengthen the school’s research capacity, every Ph.D. holder aims to publish research articles in journals indexed in Web of Science (WoS) with an Impact Factor (IF).

Research Projects and Grants: Postdoctoral and foundational research projects are being successfully implemented, including the "Online Textbook for Master's Programs" initiative alongside various research grants for faculty and students.

3. Infrastructure and Learning Environment Upgrades
Campus Facilities: On March 4, 2026, the Teachers' School opened its "Mother and Child Room" (Room 108). Additionally, the graduating class of 2025–2026 fully renovated the Student Development Center.

Laboratories and Classrooms: Full renovations and refitting were completed for Rooms 106, 117, and the natural science laboratory in Room 310.

4. Financial Planning and Strategic SWOT Analysis
Financial Management: Reports were delivered regarding budget allocation, financial planning, and operational costs.

Digital Transformation and Opportunities: Strategic possibilities—such as utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a teaching assistant, enhancing digital teaching competencies, and expanding English-taught degree programs—were jointly discussed and outlined.

Following the general discussion, faculty and staff commended the school's achievements and infrastructure improvements, expressed their active commitment to realizing future objectives, and participated in a Q&A and suggestion session.
